Crazy Pants Cat Club
Crazy Pants Cat Club, an allbreed cat club affiliated with The International Cat Association (TICA), is holding its fourth annual cat show Feb. 28 and March 1, 2026, in Brentwood, NY, in conjunction with the Long Island Pet Expo. Founded in 2021, CPCC is dedicated to educating the public about cat breeds, proper cat care, and the many ways in which cats can enrich our lives, all within an environment that is fun, friendly, and maybe just a little bit crazy.

Enter our first-ever Crazy Pants contest! We're looking for the craziest pants ever!
Your pants could win you $50! Here's how to enter. . .
Entry is open to ANYONE (exhibitors, spectators, vendors) but you must be present at the show on Sunday, March 1 in order to receive the prize.
- Entry fee is $3 (hey, it’s a fundraiser!) and must be sent to the club’s PayPal: crazypantscatclubinc@gmail.com with “contest entry” in the message section.
- Then, email your PayPal receipt along with a picture of yourself FROM THE WAIST DOWN (no identifying details) to Amy Siegel at abs57@gmail.com. Picture must be good enough quality to enable us to print it out for display at the show. No entries accepted without a PayPal receipt.
- Pictures will be printed out and displayed at the show. Exhibitors and spectators will be invited to “vote” for the craziest pants with their spare change – coins and $1 bills only please.
- The picture with the most $ votes will be designated the winner. At that time, the entrant’s name will be revealed and he/she will receive a $50 prize. Entry fees and vote funds remain the property of the club.

Highlights of his Year's Show
We'll present a Parade of Breeds Saturday afternoon and an Educational Seminar (CEU credit available) on the Abyssinian and Somali breeds, conducted by TICA Approved Allbreed Judge Rene Knapp.
We will also offer Traditional Judging on Sunday morning, Exhibitors, here's your chance to have your cat individually critiqued by one of TICA’s most experienced judges and could get a written evaluation of its strengths and weaknesses. TICA Judge Katharina Krenn will provide you with a detailed assessment of your cat and select her top three from all kittens, cats and alters entered. These cats will receive special rosettes. Then, she’ll go on to present her 10 best cats overall from the combined classes, who will receive certificates with their names in calligraphy.
Traditional Judging costs just $10 (you must also be entered in the regular show) and is limited to only 45 cats. Make sure you request it when you enter the show!
